    Thomas graduated from Kassel University in 2007, under the supervision of Prfs. Lars Spuybroek and Manfred Grohmann. Until 2011, he has worked at the Rotterdam-based architectural practices NOX and Designed by Erick van Egeraat as a (project) architect.
